Jaguars QB Gardner Minshew offered $1 million webcam endorsement from porn company

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Gardner Minshew was offered a deal by webcam streaming service CamSoda to do naked weekly fitness classes.

Gardner Minshew might be the first Jacksonville Jaguar to get a cam boy offer.

On Wednesday, Minshew was sent an endorsement offer from CamSoda — a webcam streaming service that features men and women in different states of undress — for up to $1 million. The company has been described as a “rising” site in the industry by publications such as Forbes.

It seems Minshew’s mustache isn’t the only thing catching people’s attention. The folklore tale of his pre-game stretching ritual — in nothing but a jockstrap, aviator sunnies and a headband — intrigued the adult streaming platform.

“He must think we’re still in college ... but that’s his ritual and I’m used to it now,” Leonard Fournette said in a locker room interview about Minshew’s stretching. “Whatever makes him throw 88 percent, he can have it.”

Vice President of CamSoda Daryn Parker reached out to Minshew directly via email.

“I happened to come across several articles stating your affinity for doing band exercises in the locker room in only your jockstrap and/or naked,” Parker wrote. The email was shared through CamSoda’s Twitter account and shared with multiple NFL reporters. “Being that you are now the starting quarterback of the Jacksonville Jaguars, I wanted to reach out and see if you’d be interested in teaming together with us.”

According to the email, Minshew would be part of a new fitness program that live streams fitness classes taught by adult entertainment stars.

“As part of the deal, we’d like for you to lead a weekly exercise class for CamSoda Fit that you can live stream from the comfort of home — or the locker room,” the email said. “Our only requirement is that you incorporate band workouts into your class and do them in your jockstrap and/or naked.”

Minshew was also offered to participate in the company’s obscure puppet costume line for a particular body part as part of a Halloween promotion. This year, there’s apparently a jaguar costume.

A statement released by CamSoda says Nick Foles is next on the company’s list for his all-too-easy Philadelphia Eagles nickname.

“If that fails, Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman Chris Jones is next in line for his close up, thanks to an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction at the NFL combine in 2016,” CamSoda Communications Director Brett Hogan said.

Hogan’s referring to when the defensive lineman’s private area was exposed following a 40-yard dash.

It’s unclear if any players taking the deal would violate the NFL’s personal conduct policy. The Times-Union reached out to the Jaguars’ spokesman, as well as Minshew’s and Foles’ representation for comment.
